Leveling a havoc DH has been a ton of fun so far

Feels more like a tank than a DPS class, in how easy it is to survive. Not been close to death once while leveling in legion areas and I can even almost solo legion dungeons that you have to do after each end of the broken isle zones. Supposedly they get even better in BFA with their azerite traits which greatly enhance their suitabilityvivability even more.

Haven't got to BFA yet, but I avoided making a DH in legion cause it was the #1 most popular class for a while. Which makes sense, cause its also the newest class. Probably still super popular, but I don't see hordes of them like I did before.

Plus, I can literally jump from anywhere and never have to worry about dying or buying goblin gliders or any such matter. And blizzard's environmental obstacles I can pretty much all by pass as a DH and its been far less annoying to level than other classes I've played.

Lots of fun though, and super fast paced...feels like playing an action game almost as a demon hunter and I never have to worry about fall damage again lol.

So one trick I do, since its pretty fast and otherwise I do get sore hands playing a DH (no other class has that problem, maybe hunter a bit but not like DH for me where my hand gets so sore after an hour of playing). But I found it by a couple posts on official forums

    For keybindings...

demon's bite is bound to mouse wheel up (to build power)
chaos strike is bound to mouse wheel down (to spend power)

Zoom out/in is shift+mouse wheel down/up (have to find both in both entries for camera zoom)

1, 2 and 3 buttons are for eye beam, immolation aura and blade dance

R is Fel Rush since for me R key is super convenient and easy to press as I don't have to move my hand

metamorphosis is F since for the same reason I bound R to fel rush

Rest are random keys for abilities occasionally used

Makes for much easier gameplay, and also less intensive on the hands cause otherwise my hands would get pretty sore

Also, is there any other MMO where you can actually bind abilities/actions to mouse wheel up/down? I was surprised WoW had that as an option, cause I've personally never seen it before in an MMO and even most games of other genres don't include that.

But WoW does have very extensive key bindings, wish more MMOs and games in general took that into consideration.
