Nord VPN spam

So today I got my first NORDvpn spam email. Is this website giving out our email addresses to its sponsors or seeding malware?

    Nope,  the only spam email I get is for sneakers and viagra.  And that's only about 1 email in 3 months.  I don't use this email.

    This antivirus is good, but with it I have downloaded this adblock software - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ad-blocker-ininja/nikbookgikighfcfijodlhmffkfcemnc. I am too suspicious person and I don`t know what is it, maybe someone has it in browser and can recommend me what to do? I don`t want viruses...
