I haven't personally had any trouble with bugs in ESO.
As far as boss monsters respawning after defeat, that isn't all that unusual. They are there for all the players after all, not the select few that are the first ones to take it down on a particular day. One could argue the respawn should take longer, but it's not the 90's anymore. Players in general won't have the patience for that.
As far as PvP issues, I couldn't care less about that type of play, so can't offer my take on the quality of it or lack thereof.
Regardless, opinions no matter how strongly held only equate to facts in the minds of those who confuse their perception of things as the incontestable reality of them.
There is many things wrong with the OP comments but I will address just three...
1. Every MMO since the start of this ride, most people will always pick DPS. DPS classes have always needed to wait in longer Q's. I play a warden healer in ESO and part of that is knowing I don't need to wait for a team. If it bothers you that much, roll a support class for a change as this is always a problem.
2. I have been MMOing for over 20 years. I fell in love with DAoC RvR and ESO has the best PvP content I have played since vanilla DAoC. Making fun of ESO PvP, is like making fun of chocolate. You may not like it but that far from makes it bad.
3. This is the IT side of me speaking not the gamer. When it comes to tech and programming, you will never find anything bug free. That being said, what seems simple to fix to a layman is not always so. Sometimes fixing a bug is not worth the effort and time. Understanding tech often means knowing it's limitations and working within that box. I have seen bugs in EQ1 that are still there from launch 1999.

Wow you actually believe ESO has one of the best PvP experiences? Where the hell have you been? You haven't played many MMOs have you?
It has literally one of the WORST PvP experience I have seen and played. WTF are you smoking over there? Must be something good.
It is notable that in ESO's PvP you have no advantages you can just pay for. You have to play the game, grind out gear and get your stats in line, then outperform similar builds.
There's things to criticize considering the inherent problems of their combat system, but that's not a PvP specific factor.

To be fair quit a few people here are critical about ESO on here including myself. The OP however played for hundreds of hours in a short period of time and then complained about how bad the game is and how he wasted his money. AFTER SPENDING HUNDRENDS OF HOURS PLAYING. He played ESO more then alot of people play one single MMO now a days. So no matter his feelings for the game he didn't waste his money and he couldn't have hated the game that bad if he played that long.
OP's hours played are utterly irrelevant to the validity of his claims and opinions. Trying to derail in that way, as so many obvious PR shills are doing in this thread, is a combo ad hominem/red herring. Engaging in it, often accompanied by the "hey I don't like X about Y either" concern troll patina, is part of PR shilling 101. One obvious tell among many, seen on ratings, political, social media sites all over the net.
I didn't go any further then this. This lets me know that no matter what anyone says on here, unless they agree with your or the OP's point of view, is a shill. No one can win or bring anything up because you will argue that we are sucking the games D**K. Which is all fine and good but I don't have conversations with people who won't have civil discussions.
Another "shill tell" is focusing on 10% of a post that is tangential to the meat of it and then not dealing with ANY of the -substantive- claims, facts, opinions, anecdotes in the post.
Of course there is no telling "this person is a shill, this one's not" for sure, but as Dave Chapelle said... "if you wear the uniform..."
SO back to the actual topic, not OP's hours played, not my wholly tangential claim that this site and thread reflect lots of insider/industry shilling, but THE TOPIC, performance, bugs, strengths and weaknesses of this game.
Next crucial bug is zone loading. It has gotten so bad that many times you can't go 100ft without facing large patches of unloaded zone. Can't ride or run into it or your toon gets stuck in a perma run for 10-30 OR EVEN MORE seconds until the next 100 feet of game loads.
And it doesn't just happen in crowded areas, it happens many places throughout all the zones. Moreover, if the game decides, it will simply crash you out. Less frequently, but still very annoying, you will be standing still in a zone, not necessarily a crowded one, at a vendor, bank, etc. and out of the blue... loading screen, causing you to redo whatever it is you were doing.
In a game of this tenure, where they seem to have plenty of resources to cataclysmically change the skill and gear system every 3 or so months, this is utterly inexcusable.
This is like going to a restaurant, eating a three course meal and then complain to the chef that it was disgusting. If you think anyone is going to believe you, than you probably should of stopped eating after the first bite, no?
No, it's nothing remotely like that. The crucial bugs in ESO don't affect newer players near as much, they tend to stay in zones longer, move much more slowly, and their low/little gear doesn't trigger many of the worse bugs. They tend to ramp up slowly and together with other mismanaged, poorly designed aspects of the game, become slowly aggravating enough to force one to leave their progress and move on. This is what happened to OP, this is what happened to me in 2017 and now again. There -are- many good things about the game, but the bad creeps up and when faced, is REALLY bad eventually.
It would be like going to a restaurant a few times and having a great experience. You like the place and recommend it to friends, get to know the staff, and become a regular. Then after several visits, there's a bug in the food. NBD. Next visit, a bandaid. Visit after that they bring you a hot pocket instead of what you ordered and charge you full price. Finally, you go on Yelp and complain, and their paid PR try to derail and belittle your complaints with all manner of fallacies...

Name one better, other then DAoC.
Aion, even tera did better, UO, pandora saga, RF online, lineage 2, GW2, age of wushu,
there is more but you get the idea
btw why necro this? everyone know the game is not worth the selling price, and the one who does will not change his mind since they are already invested

Calling anyone who likes a game a liar who is posting for pay is a garbage move. Yes it can happen. No, none of these posts give that vibe. I don't play ESO any more because of their loot boxes and aggressive cash raising approach. But the complaints about the game play are stale and reek of bad faith.

Not only is it a garbage move but it's self defeating in that distracts from anything said after that with the question of just how much of a conspiracy nut job the poster is. I also have a deep distrust for people who are just black/white about issues. It's a fucking grey world.

Since fanbois/industry PR prevalent on this forum these days apparently don't like this thread and my posts, let's get into some more crucial bugs in ESO and then maybe if I have time later, will add another 5-10 points on poor design issues that force people out of the game eventually after investing time and money in it... exactly what OP is complaining about.
To preempt any ignorant red herring derails about rig and connection, I use an I7 with lots of ram and a modern, mid-high grade video card and above average connection. I have played tons of different MMOs over the last 20 years, haven't seen "ESO bad" performance since the release of Age of Conan way back in 2008-09?
1. Not only does the landscape take forever to load often, the npcs, vendors, quest givers, bank take forever to load also, unlike my last experience with ESO in 2017, NPCs have their own "mini load screen" now even after they have loaded, you can't interact with them at all until 10-15 seconds have passed. So you wait for the landscape to load, then the NPCs, then for their individual "interaction timer." Same on low level mules with little gear, no skills, no add-on or other baggage that would cause delay. When you load in a new character, you can't just start doing stuff. You have to wait until the 100 feet around you loads, then when you move out of that, the next 100 feet, and so on and so on.
2. There is a very frequent bug where killed mob corpses are unlootable due to being "out of range." It takes about a minute for this bug to clear, affects the whole team so is not player specific, and has been ongoing and unfixed for the whole month I've been back in ESO. On certain mobs that move around a lot or have teleportation, this can occur with every other mob killed. Starts out annoying, then as it is experienced more and more, becomes highly aggravating.
3. Part of the atrociously bad trading system in ESO mandates very frequent interaction with individual Guild Traders. You have to tediously move between traders, experiencing the loading issues I'm complaining about at every step. Once the trader deigns to let you interact with it, 1) Your interaction with it will very often be cancelled out in mid search, forcing you to start over, and 2) When you buy something, ~20% of the time, the trader "locks up" and takes up to 30 seconds (sometimes longer) to process your purchase.
The game has problems, but all three of the ones you listed do indeed sound like client-based issues. Through a faulty internet connection to low GPU power to low RAM. Just the whole list does not seem to be any global issue so much as ones specific to high latency and non-buffering.
As your Number two problem you mention it "affects the whole team" which I have to note I cannot corroborate having such an experience with team play, but such usually involves dungeons, which if you have a high latency connection to a four-party instance and the server is trying to compensate for a high latency connection, it may be syncing events more slowly in general so as to not lose any events to the high latency client. If all connections to the instance had low delay times in their connection, that issue would likely not exist for any of those team members.
IE, unfortunately it actually sounds like you may have a poor connection to the game service in the first place, and it's dragging down your user experience as well as others when the server has to load-balance for it.
