    $189 .. i think if i was spending that much it would probably be on something Bose, i don't think i've even spent over $50 on headphones. These kinds of items are aimed at a very specific market, and probably not gaming at all, i don't even possess anything that could use them. :/

    Don't you have a phone?

    More and more next gen phones are wireless only and the Samsung and Apple ones are just a little bit cheaper but don't come near the quality of these ones (yes I own them).

    Batteries can't be changed. Once they fail to hold a charge you just throw them away. Disposable products...

    I got a factory refurb set of these online for about $100. They work and sound great.
