those MMOs though? seem Warcraft level multiplayer.

You are right, as the one I linked is made by these devs. I think it was one of the first in the series but they closed it down it seems.

Medieval kingdom 1 and 2 both seems dead like only 22 players  online in 24 hours
it used to have 300+ few months ago

You keep asking for Screeps but seem to be immune to such a great game.  If you don't actually want something, you shouldn't ask for it.
