Hi,
sadly i can not contact the GW2 support because their site has an error.
After some months i wanted to play GW2 again for a bit and they want my game key now.
No idea where that has gone, but im sure i dont have that key anymore.
Im also sure about im totally upset on that behavior, playing it for years without issues and now that
Arena Net can totally pollenize themself, deleted the game and will never support them again.

Just checked their support site, it includes instructions on how to recover your account and even allows for submitting a ticket anonymously if you can't log in.

- The full name on the account
- Your date of birth
- The phone number used on the account
- The last four digits of the credit card on the account
