Says the guy that bombards every ArcheAge Unchained thread with ignorance and conjecture. There's something wrong there. I don't know if you need help, but I do think you need to step back and take some perspective. It seems like an unhealthy obsession.
so point out the game is full of exploits being bitter? damn, I did herad people don't like to be told teh truth, but flat out calling people for telling the truth is kinda sad
I give kano main issue is he don't care about games or companys, he cares about people who work for then, hence why he defended trion and then when most was fired he started to bash teh game, but he is not lieing, and that is the issue then most white knights have and start to name calling, he is not untrutfull on his words, so you guys attack the person not his arguments, with just give him more reason, and lets get real here, how many times they relaunched AA? how many times they had problems with logins and then merging with killed even more the servers?
nothing with is happening is a surprise, only the white knights feel like a surprise, because they ignored the warnings, now there is nothing to do if not cry
btw I told you so, only mistake I did was guessing they would break the game in 3 months, they took even less
It's not "truth." It's unsupported and subjective opinion. That's not necessarily bad, because subjective opinions are still super valuable. It's a really long way from "truth," though. Dang kids these days seem to think anything they agree with is "true" and anything they don't is "fake news." That's not how logic or truth work.
Even if what he said was factual (which is the word you were actually looking for), without supporting data or evidence, it has little value. So the best way to make gold is exploits... Well, that's partly true, but it ignores the risk of being banned (permanently or otherwise). There's hassle there that detracts from the value even if the ill-gotten goods aren't removed from your account anyway. There are a lot of reasons that wouldn't be true, even if it were factually correct. I'm not even sure it is without some corroborating evidence.
sure he toss his opnion but is based on truth.

Lol - the only obsession is how many times you've accused others of having an obsession.
You keep using that word, I don't think it means what you think it means
Others or you. I have 300ish posts (Oct-2009), you have over 21k (Jun-2011)... most are you bitching. I make 1 to your 3 or 4 posts in most AAU threads. You bitch 3 or 4 times more than I point out your bitching. I'm pretty sure I know what it means. I'm also pretty sure you're lost in your obsession.

It might be, it might not be. That was the point. He dropped in with a ton of subjective statements and no statements of actual fact.

Best way to make money is to exploit - Based on what? What exploit? What measurements? Just his opinion and nothing else.
Gamigo is only banning people for a few hours - Again, based on what? Who's only been banned for four hours and why were they unbanned? No one else has been banned longer? Any evidence other than a random unsupported statement?
Be a member of a guild with an employee. They'll unban people - Again, unsupported and hyperbolic. I seriously doubt this is true, and if it is, then that employee is probably looking for work now. But again.... what is he talking about? Where's the support?
==
Every single statement made in the post I was talking about was either unsupported conjecture or pure opinion sans evidence. That's so far away from anything approaching truth that it's pretty much the opposite of that.

because that is pretty much the modus operant from ALL MMO publishers in the world? blade and soul happen a lot, if someone is banned, but he was a whale they would unban him later, caught that up several times, on other games too, most common to happen is on game with cash shop, plus unbaning people who hacked on archeage is not a new thing it did happen before so happening again, and you know how you can see this? just have a guild who half the peeps there are in discord who watch streamers for more then half the time of day and they will tell, a such was banned, next day hey such was unbaned today already
rfonline had this a lot too on my country, GM was in a acrecia guild he would get his gm char to tank the world boss and help on damage, till they fired the gm that is, but they keep it in a low key
also saw happen on ragnarok, aion, in lot so games on aeria, all you need to be unbaned was to spend a lot of money on the cash shop
I know a lot of guys here love to think the world is full of rainbows and butterflys, but that is not what experience tells me

Just because we don't accept hate based ignorance and conjecture as fact doesn't mean we "think the world is full of rainbows and butterflys". Some of us like to base decisions off fact. Neither you nor DMKano have shown fact, just a lot of hate.

CITE IT! Dude, that's exactly what I'm talking about. You can say all these things you "know," but it's just statements of opinion unless you can cite a specific example. If a GM is in a guild doing something wrong, where's the evidence? How can we possibly know you didn't just pull that out of your rear?
...here. Let me give you an example. We all know there was a period when EVE online had a problem with an employee helping his Corp cheat, right? It's common knowledge, but if I'm trying to make a point to you and using that event as my reasoning, I'm not going to say it. I'm going to link some evidence to you so you can look it up and verify this event happened.
Then, if you challenge the truth of that, I'll like several forum or reddit posts citing specific circumstances where employees appear to have cheated. I'm not expecting you to believe it because I said it. I'm giving you some evidence to base that on and I'm giving you some source to start your research if you'd like to verify what I said.
You're doing none of that. I can corroborate or verify a single thing you said. ALL MMO publishers unban whales? I'm not sure that's true. Ignoring the obvious hyperbole, do you have a specific example of that happening? To demonstrate that's true, you'd need to show someone being unbanned for the same offense someone else wasn't unbanned for, or maybe some admission or something. I'm pretty confident that's not true, and I really doubt you can prove it.
It's not that everyone doesn't think shady stuff happens. I for one know it does, and I've seen it from the inside a few times. The problem is that businesses just don't work the way you seem to think they do. All they care about is money, and they make the best decision for the money. Truth is, that's very rarely going to be in favor of an individual, even a whale. It doesn't do any good to save a single whale if you lose 20% off the base to do it. Especially since the whale will probably make a new account and spend all that money over again.

This DID happen while I was playing Archeage as well. People who spent A LOT of money and were using exploits etc. would get suspensions rather than bans. A slap on the wrist, whales were treated differently. Almost like they opened up your transaction history before they even started a discussion with you. One dude in my guild got suspended and he told me in private that he got his suspension removed almost immediately by agreeing to spend so and so amount of money in cash shop.
I don't have proof. I'm not citing anything. I know what I know based on my experience in ArcheAge.

You can't know something without some form of evidence. I really wish you could would produce some form of information to corroborate this. I can't look into anything if I have nothing to go on.
What am I supposed to write, "Random anonymous people in the MMORPG.com forums say shady stuff happens in AA:UC. Story at 10!"
There's no way I can take any of these allegations forward and do any validation of them what-so-ever, because the folks convinced it's true can't be bothered to even help me get started. Granted, I probably wouldn't write a truckload about it because I prefer to stay clear of negativity, but if I could confirm any of it and it fit with an article, I'd certainly mention it as a mitigating point.
Folks like @alkarionlog can be as dismissive as they want, but if you can't provide any link to anything that can be validated, I'm stuck. I can't say something is true just because random anonymous people on the internet say it is, though they can't provide any evidence. I can't even investigate it because there's no where to start.
Talk to anyone in LC guild - message people on Reddit who have posted proof of all of the above you mentioned.
There is a ton of evidence and proof if you want to find it.
What do you expect Gamigo to fess up - they have a major history of covering up lies - and you can find this out too yourself.
Go ask Kira from KiraTV about what happened to him and his partnership with Gamigo first hand
In other words, he can't show proof other than if you go looking for something, someone will tell you what you want to hear.
I knew a guy that insisted he was a hacker and that he would hack WoW accounts and take peoples stuff. He would brag to everyone how great he was at hacking. I asked him to show me his hacking skills. He logged into WoW and started fishing for information to use to log into someones account. He wasn't a hacker, he was a scammer (yes, I punched him... a lot and called him a dick).
If you read his posts on the boards, you would swear there was a back channel allowing people to log into your account and take your shit. Turns out, there isn't. It was just some dick acting big on the internet.

actually pointing out people who could be present in said fact and prove testimony is a kind of proof, you are forcing your defense a bit too hard.

So, asking other random anonymous people on the internet doesn't constitute evidence, either. Are there any articles about any of these situations? Anything at all that you could link to that I could check up on?
BTW, I'm not being intentionally obstructionist here, but think about what you're saying. You're telling me that there's a conspiracy, and the proof is to talk to other people who believe in the conspiracy. Obviously, the company's going to deny it, and those that believe it will have all sorts of anecdotal reasons for why they believe it, so it's an impasse.
I don't have time to run down every random conspiracy theory that pops up, interview people, try to develop sources, corroborate information... That takes time and I lose money on everyone of these articles I write already. There's no way I could rationally spend that much time running something down.
So if you think something is true, you have to meet me half way. I can't say it's true because you say so. I can't really even invest time running it down on your say so, because then that's all I'd be doing and 90% of conspiracy theories, or better, end up just being a misunderstanding of the situation based on perspectives. Thus, you need to get me started. Link to some articles, forum posts, reddit threads, or anything else that helps me understand and validate the situation. Even then, maybe I can't do much, but there's a better chance of knowing who I need to talk to or having a path forward if you do that leg-work.
That's why I keep shooting you down. You might be right. There's just nothing I have at the moment that I could go off of to say either way, so I have to just punt on it. I'm not going to go out there and make libelous statements based on rumor and speculation. It'd get a lot of clicks, but that's not the sort of thing I'm interested in writing. Certainly not worth the legal headaches it'd probably create.

For instance, I might say CCP had a lot of problems with employees giving their corps unfair advantages ( eg, https://www.wired.com/2007/02/another-scandal/), so they implemented a program specifically to investigate that sort of thing and put a stop to it (https://www.pcgamer.com/eve-developer-ccp-has-internal-affairs-division-to-monitor-employees-in-game/). I've heard it's hasn't been very effective, though. The forums seem to think shady stuff is still going on.
