Great progress, question about inventory management

Had some free time, so I downloaded the demo.  Wow!

I played several years ago, had a good time, but I remember how clunky it was.  Comparatively, it's so smooth now.

I'm going to hand them some money for the honest effort, and see how long I play this time.

I know last time I had 2 mule accounts, because you regret throwing anything away.  Now that you have to buy each account, any good strategies for inventory management?
