It still does not mean faults cannot be observed.

An example. If a company says they will deliver 4 quaterly patches in a year containing xyz but each patch is late and only contains some of x, none of y and some of z then we can deduce a number of things. If a company repeats this the next year despite claiming ammendments have been made for over-enthusiasm we can deduce even more things.

It takes very little logic and zero experience to see that there are a number of contributing factors at play here, this can be combined with statements from people who have worked on the project and cross-referenced with statements from people who have worked with CR in the past.

Honestly I just think @Gdemami just likes to rile things up and give LOL emoji's to everything he doesn't agree with as a way to try to do the same. At first I found it annoying but now I find myself going back and looking to see if he gave me a LoL. If he doesn't I get kind of disappointed that he forgot about me. I don't take anything he says seriously though.

I put him in the same camp as Wizadry. I don't think either one of  them actually believes what they say. I mean there is probably some  truth in it but only 5-10%. The rest is just meant to make you say, "WTF," and get a reaction
