Yep. I can't in good faith support the game or the community and would highly encourage anyone to request a refund.

When dealing with anything Caspien touches, my default explanation is always simply incompetence.

My guess is that they will blame one of the staff for not hitting "enter" on a pre-made message.  Or someone was out sick.  Or it was someone's birthday so they left early.

Request a refund, let me know how that goes, because they still have a lot left of 7.7M dollars with development going on for ~3.5 years now. Not only is no one getting a refund, but once this cash dries up watch how fast Caspian blames everyone else and watch how fast he says we're to blame for this.

I think it just shows how little SBS care about their own forums and/or they know how slow the traffic is on their forums. While all their other social media accounts get more hits. Probably figuring the forums can wait until Monday. Why they didn't want until Monday in general, well that's confusing. I suppose it depends how much hype it created them saying it beforehand. Which is an hard thing to tell.

I be less worried about an delay and more worried about something happening right in the middle when they are on holidays.
