I guess you have to be careful while leveling up the first that you don't level up the second as well.
I have a character that's a Necro and the quest you have to do to earn the skill was fun, as it's a dungeon run and you have to kill a certain boss. There were a group of players all trying to get the Necro skill that the boss dropped. With so many players in the room I decided to just stay in the back and wait my turn. The boss appeared and went out of his way to attack me, I got the tag and the skill dropped for me, my lucky night I guess. Started leveling up the skill to get some decent skeletal mages to give me a helping hand.
So lots of stuff to do, getting lost while you figure stuff out, and you die a lot.
