Since this all started, and my friends had already dragged me back to GW2, I finally screwed around enough to finish my first legendray.

So what have you all been doing with your newfound freetime?

I don't have more free time so much as significantly less "going out."

So less social time by far. For an extrovert it's been a bit interesting.

We've been doing our "pub and bad movie night" without the pub (supply our own wine/beer) and streaming the movie interacting through Zoom. Last week's movie was the 1965 version of "She" with Ursula Andress, Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.

If we don't have that tonight (tonight's movie is Andy Sidaris' first movie "Stacey") I will get ready to go across the street and buy more Honey. It's so exciting it's almost like a date!

Game wise it's modding, some Skyrim and some Darkest Dungeon and downloaded Mount and Blade Bannerlord.

Halfway through Prince of Persia Sands of Time.

A lot of movie watching and trying not to go nuts.

Work from home anyway so mostly just more work. Can’t get into any games for some reason or another.

No going out really sucks after a while.

    2. Homeschooling the kids
    3. Running a household
    4. Replacing our kitchen
    5. thinking about starting a new Masters
    6. Playing games somewhere in between all of the above.

    Which legendary was it?

Anyway, since I'm working from home, my free time remains the same as it was. Spent most of it on Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate thus far.

Working from home. Free time (which is oddly less) spent on binge watching tv shows and eating more than is healthy. Oh, and I rented the last Star Wars movie. Omg. So much fail.

Working from home has not gotten me any more time.  It is true that I have my commuting time back, about an hour a day, but that is more than offset by the deluge of honey-do's that are constantly appearing on my desk.  So, I am playing the way-to-stay-busy-when-stuck-at-home test server on Ship of Heroes (anyone can play, just keep in mind the game is pre-alpha) and still playing on those illegal (?) City of Heroes private servers, and that's about it.

You know what’s strange. I work from home anyway but since lock down I’ve been eating more. I don’t get it. Has to be some subconscious or just the lack of going out to break up monotony to eat more from boredom.

I'm an IT field tech for the electric and gas company in a major metro area severely hit by the virus...no working from home for me, although my non-critical workload is substantially reduced with 80% of the company working from home. Other than staying in all weekend, which I did 25% of the time anyway, this hasn't changed my daily life one bit other than wearing disposable gloves for almost everything and masks when I'm working around others.

I am trying to loose weight by eating less so that I have to buy less when I go to the market every 9 days. Carrying all those bags back is breaking this old lady's back. My husband says" he brings me 'the mule' because I can carry the heavy stuff. What chilvalry! My beating heart be silent.

For a retired recluse like me, "free time" hasn't changed :)

Grocery shopping is getting worrisome, though. Last month, Wal-Mart had LOTS of empty shelves in their grocery area and the monthly items I get through their website were mostly "out of stock."

Otherwise, just added Classic WoW to my games list. Still some single player gaming going on, but my gaming has dropped of significantly in the past year or so.

I mainly lose myself in fantasy/sci-fi books until my eyes start bugging out, then watch Twitch or YouTube.

My ISP (Mediacom) was magnanimous and dropped their Data Caps for "awhile." How big of them since it costs them zilch. Zip. Nadda. Zero. Nothing. Well, except the frivolous charges for customers exceeding their cap limits.

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.

    A kinda Sovrath-Al mix here :)

Not much changed game-wise (I like Al's term recluse), since I've spent a lot of time at the keyboard before the whole shutdown too.

I still game-hop, around my usual games, with the same pattern of main games and second level games, etc., maybe I spend a bit more time within the games, but not a significant change. (Last week I've spent some time in CO's Nighthawk event for example.)

What is a significant change, however, is the much less time spent with moving out. With order-in food and groceries, baking at home, etc., now that I've counted back in the last three weeks I've only left the house two times...
And as Sovrath, I too put that extra time in looking at the screen: movies and series.
I was quite a movie buff before MMORPGs, but had to lay that side of me down, when besides life and work and games there simply wasn't enough time for it - well, now some extra time just knocked on the door :)

Though I didn't reach that far back as him, to the '60s... the last I watched (last night) was Knives Out - on a second thought it maybe is a reach back, In style at least, to the '70s, the Poirot/Miss Marple movie adaptations.
