I recently won a Klingon Defense Force Elite Starter Pack but when I try to redeem the key in Arc its says 'The product key you have entered has already been redeemed'
In game, the Klingon Defense Force Elite Starter Pack is showing as an item for sale to my account.
Could you please check that the key is correct?
