Looking for a good mmorpg

It doesn't have to be free, but it needs to be a good, involved game.  As being sick and disabled, i have a great deal of time to play, and seemingly enough, any game i play seems to be completed in a month or 2.  I'm looking for one with a good amount of content, a decent commuicity of people to play with and to make friends with, and something that will last more then a month or 2.  If anyone knows of any games that would meet this type of criteria, could you be so kind to post for me, thanks.

Asheron's call just came out with an all inclusive expansion pack(you only need to buy the xpack to get everything.)

It is the grand-daddy of open-mmo's.  Where anyone can go anywhere.  Not like other games with FORCED factions.  Forced factions are just bothersome, I'd like to choose who is my friend, not let you choose for me.

It has 5 years of content.  But if you really care about graphics don't get the game.  Also, you've have to go to www.acvault.com register and post on their message boards to meet people as low level areas don't always have people in them.

they have montly events and updates.  It's a good game to play.  If you like PvP, beweare that darktide is a little more... harsh than most games.  The rest of the servers only have pvp if you want to participate, nothing forced.

I agree with Lewl, It has a lot of high end content for you. Good community, give it a try. With catacombs the graphics look up to par too. Go hibernian. ::::31::
