From today's update:  Our next major update at the end of August will introduce worldwide (cross-server) access to Dregs and Shadow campaigns. All Crows will be fighting in a larger universe offering unlimited access to all world zones — EU, Australia, US East and West — with schedules to match.

Now, they haven't explained this, but on the forums and Discord the belief is that this is finally just one integrated server with zones that have hotspots timed to each timezone.   This, again, is what should have happened at release, but they continue to take steps in the right direction so this is good news.

I did mention that they needed to start with as few "servers" and game modes as possible then slowly build it up, it seemed obvious to me that they were not going to get over whelmed with numbers. The variegated gameplay type servers is always a hard call, which one to use? But only having one would have meant a solid population at launch which is the most important consideration.
