Sheep in the game will chase you too
Goats don't. They run away a bit, wait until you've passed by them and then will follow you, always from behind, and try to headbutt you on the ass. If you're standing still, as in the video above, and their pathing takes them near you they'll come and headbutt you.
Obviously done just for the joke.
