    Auto Assault; was too wrapped up in Lineage 2. I should have given this more thought and the fact it was a different concept at least. 
    Asheron’s Call 2 was also somewhat interesting and had a certain feel to it, sadly it did not pick up the way it could have been.

    I will add my vote for Wildstar! Such a great game and I was crushed when it closed down.

    I would also like to suggest Warhammer: Age of Reckoning! The original was killed because EA forced the devs at Mythic to release the game way before it was ready. The resulting content holes and game-breaking bugs made the unplayable and it died quick.

    Yes, there is a private server available (Return of Reckoning) and is even on Twitch and apparently allowed by whomever currently holds the rights to it. However, that is just maintaining the game as it was when it closed; those running the server do not have the resources to add significant content. I would love to see a game studio re-release it and begin adding content. The game was a great vision and had amazing potential that was hamstrung from the start.

    Also a vote for Star Wars Galaxies! Of course WITHOUT the "Enhancement" patch that killed the game.

    This was a good game with no where near enough polish.

    But, Tabula Rasa, and AC2 (if completed and active devs)

    Vanguard even with its faults, right now I think it would do OK. Vast world, vast content and a good old fashioned PVE mmo.

    Plenty of classes and races to choose from.

    Probably Vanguard.

    I think games that barely did well when it was the heyday of MMORPGs may find new life now with the desert like terrain of the genre now.
