any game with fun base raiding mechanics?

in games like rust i heard it just people who grinded for long time get better tool like afford C4 who can just spam c4 and raid the bases without any skills
so it goes like grinding for an week and then raid bases and get raided back and wait for another wipe in 2 week its sounds boring no skills or anything
in minecraft faction its more skill based we used to work on redstone and design cannons for different kind of bases the good cannon will break the base and we also spend time making an base that is hard to raid by using our brains with tricks and there more skills related thing and so in faction  we try to recruit best cannoner, base builder and pvper

But in games like rust anyone can make an base and raid just need to farm for hour and boom your done building your base and raiding has no skills we just need to have enough c4 and just spam out of it and only skills that rust can have is good shooting skill other than that there is really nothing here

the issue with foxhole is that it wont allow us to make our own clan as we are force to join an premade team 
and conan exile is kind of same as rust when it comes to raiding its more about grinding enough materials to buy an bomb and blow up the bases
