Thoughts on enabling 165Hz on my 32" 1440p gaming monitor?

I have this monitor:

https://www.amazon.com/AOC-C32G2-Frameless-FreeSync-adjustable/dp/B08C8L6SB9/

I've had the monitor since last Fall. I just realized it was at the factory default 60 Hz refresh rate. Should I set this to 165 Hz? I tried it and it basically just upped my Vsync FPS from 60 to 165 in all my games. I also have the Freesync/G-Sync enabled. I know this monitor isn't officially G-sync supported but it still works. One thing I did notice is the higher the Hz refresh the more feedback I get through one of my nearby Creative Gigaworks T40 speaker. It goes away if I position it at least 6" from the side of the monitor. Anyway what are your thoughts?

Running the following specs:

Gigabyte Z590 UD AC ATX ARBG AC WIFI
Intel Core I5-11600KF
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 10GB GDDR6X
16GB Team T-Force Delta DDR4-3200
Thermaltake Water 3.0 360MM ARGB SYNC CPU Waterblock
Corsair ICUE 4000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower Case
1TB WD Blue SN550 Series PCIE NVME M.2 SSD
Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 Series 750W 80 PLUS Gold
CyberpowerPC Skorpion K2 RGB Mechanical Black Gaming Keyboard
Windows 11 Home 64-bit

Leave it at 165hz, no reason not to do it if your PC can handle it. Enjoy :) (Unless you are playing New World, I've seen that game literally set computers on fire.)
I have the FPS cap enabled at 60 in New World just in case haha.

    Enable it, by all means.

Speaker noise happens sometimes, doesn't mean anything is broken, it's just EMI interference. Either move your speakers further away or get shielded speakers. Occasionally it's the wiring, and that's an easy thing to check out, but usually it's the amp built inside the speaker picking it up.

Computer speakers used to come shielded by default, but they have cheapened up some since then - they don't cost an arm and a leg though. In the old days, if you put unshielded speakers too close to a CRT it could actually distort the screen.
