    People pay full price and the developers just chuck the game after awhile and discard all the promises. This is scandalous.

    All the more reason to stay clear. I'll pick it up now when it is in the 5 dollar bin. Just like I did Cyberpunk (even though its much better) and No Man's Sky.

    I played more than I'd care to admit via PS Plus last year. Like Anthem, the bones of something great were there, but the scope and polish required to realize that were most certainly not.

    Here's hoping Suicide Squad can fill the Marvel Heroes hole that Marvel's Avengers failed to.

    this shit should have been shut down like a year ago. no surprise., and no idea why everyone is acting like it wasnt dead after the first 6 months of failing to put out any content

    1) Middle Earth media
    2) DC comics media (not just the limited list of Batman media)
    3) Marvel comics Media (not just MCU)

    Plus posting the list completely ignores the original comment where they stated "Highest grossing film franchise in existence"

    To be fair on that first one, Middle-earth Enterprises and Tolkien Estate are two separate entities and get revenue from separate elements of the LOTR franchise. Makes a financial assessment of the franchise's scale a little more difficult as it's property rights is split up.

    Um, no, just no. If it was about "wokeness" then all of Disney would be suffering and they own a lot of things that are not losing money.     The issue with the game is it simply was not good. There is no mystery. The article nails it.



    Agreed, the game was not very good, and they just could not find ways to enhance the game at the pace and robustness that they intended to.

    I do have a question, having bought the game on discount it is still way down my list to be played. Should I bring it to the fore now, see if I can drum up some randoms for co-op or just accept it is going to be solo player as getting a regular co-op team from mates would me an issue as they have either played or have no intention of playing it?
