Really nice looking game. It will only work here in the western market if its buy to play with cosmetics and some minor buffs in the item shop. Anything P2W and it will end up like Archeage, so I hope they reconsider their model.
Hey guys. I advise you to look for some gameplay from the latest T&L beta on YouTube... we were baited. Auto Play + Possibly P2W mechanics. Auto F* Play.
I hope you play it auto so i can rip your arse ez while u afk And yes you baited by big streamers that din't even play the game or they log on for 30 min to make views for a game that have 99 fking lvls! Also i advise you to not tell ppl what to play & btw i advise you to use your brain.. thank you!
Did they say anything about crossplay pc/xbox/ps ?

I advise everyone to download this game onto a usb drive, take the usb outside, and play hacky sack with it. At least then it will be entertaining and a good game.
Maybe the USB stick when loaded with that game will play hacky sack all by itself?

what're you gonna do? change your bot settings against me? KEK
I would really love to see a modern take of Guild Wars 1. If a company is going for a standard MMORPG, I think this style is the most unexplored. T&L is just as generic as any other. We know how ArcheAge, Aion, Rift etc. turned out here in the west.

It has offline play as well, don't even need to log in to play for 8 hours at a time.
It doesn't really show large scale battles. It shows rendered large scale battles interspersed with what seems like an actual player fighting.
It looks fine but it's all marketing.
Its drastic the difference between the presentation of the game in their trailer vs what we saw of the beta video leak. To me this seams like a bait and switch. I really want to see under the hood, what this game really is.
How 'big' can battles realistically get since its going to be on PS5 and Xbox as well?
No different then a PC. I game on the Series X allot. Its replaced my PC gaming for the most part. You can play 4k 30-60 FPS or 1440p at 60-120 FPS. PS5 is right there in the same boat. Consoles are more like PCs these days. The transfer rate between the SSD and the GPU/CPU are way faster then most peoples gaming PCs. You could buy a 4060 Ti right now for about $500 bucks and my $600 Series X will out perform that card, as that is a 1080p card.

To support your post even further, Steam hardware survey shows the most common cpu speeds, graphics card and resolution played at as:
CPU: 2.3 Ghz to 2.69 Ghz GPU: GTX 1650 (followed by the 1060) Resolution: 1080p
Today's consoles are not the machines that consoles used to be known for. They are fast, versatile and powerful.
I still use my Alienware with a 3090 but my consoles are used as much if not more in this generation because they are really great.
I have to admit if I could install Office 365 and Plex Media Server on my Xbox. I would drop my PC like a hot potato.

MS could easily make PC games and software natively installable and playable on Xbox. I surmise the reason they don't would be dealing with yet more anti-trust lawsuits.
My guess it would be more about keeping the console snappy and not slowed down by the installs of every day crap people do to their PCs.

I've had the same thought and the Xbox is already my main gaming platform. If it offered light PC features like Edge that was decent, O365, and better OneDrive integration, I would be stoked. Would love if Microsoft offered a hybrid Xbox PC appliance that could play games from both platforms with core PC features. Or just merge PC and Xbox.

They could limit what will actually install, doesn't have to turn the Xbox into a full fledged PC. The Xbox OS is already a stripped down Windows, they could make it to where only PC games from Game Pass can be installed for example.
A 4K capable $600 PC. Where do I sign?
