Signature when posting is not showing up and unable to be deleted

The picture/signature at the end of my post has become disabled but there is no way for me to get rid of it. Before I could log into the main site here and then go to my profile and change it or delete it. I can no longer do this. Has this got something to do with the browser I am using. I would appreciate any advice on how to delete it at least. There does not seem to be a signature option either.

While on this I am also unable to access any of my images either. Truly sad as my Everquest II and Vanguard Saga of Heroes house pictures were on there.

    I just see a file icon and text for yourself.

    I could access the signature box, but decided not to try it out after what you said. We lost our pictures, that's sad, I copied mine to my drive just before we moved to the new site as I was worried about them back then.

    Yeah I totally forgot to save the images.

    I do not have a signature box just biography and twitter.

    Funnily enough I have "Strip images out of Signatures" and "Hide signatures always" and I can see this now. Maybe change it to a smaller blank image?

    I was gutted when they removed pictures. They were from years ago and I'm not sure I saved them anywhere. They used to have a picture sharing feature on the site where folks could share and comment, but the spam bots figured that out, no one used it anymore so and it was just extra data they had to maintain, so poof it went. Glad you got you sig figured out.

    The problem we noticed just last week is that these bots are effectively using our forums as an image hosting site, uploading advertisements and all manner of stuff onto our server because you could still upload them in the forums, even if you couldn't post them with a brand new account.

    AFAIK you can still use an Image URL - but even that might be shut off for the time being. 

    So we just recently shut down all image posting on the forums to combat this. We're working on ways to turn it back on for specific ranks of forum users (since bots won't ever get past the newbie ranks) but we've got 28K images to sort through from just the past few weeks alone...it's gonna be a bit.

    Yeah the loss of the pictures was my fault I should have saved them.

    Scratch that I was a bloody idiot bit since at one point it was turned off. Okay all good if you're combating bots. That is very important and should take priority over our sigs.

    I am not a signature fan myself, but they are now a forum "must have", it's like those people who insist a MMO must have housing. :)

    But as I advocate MMOs having every bell and whistle then housing has to be one of them.
