Skull and Bones has opened the seas to new pirates as part of preorder head start. Ubisoft is also sharing some stats from the recent open beta, from how many pirates were sea monster lunch to how many kilometers everyone sailed over the three day event.

I played in one of the betas.  It was alright, but i found it very tedious.  I might give it a try since i have U+ but i think i will get bored quick

I like pirate games.  Gonna see what the reviews say and hopefully get it.  Won't eat for a few days, but meh, I can afford a couple of pounds.

When I get those kind of feelings about a game, I find it best just to move on and play something else, especially for that asking price.

Not a AAAA game by any measurements. Those numbers are definitely fudged. The game is very flat and repetitive. It's not all they've cooked it up to be or they'd try to make you believe. Buy Helldivers 2 instead. Not an $80 game.
