Don't forget to note that Arlecchino has specific visual weapon-gimmicks where her skills take on the PV's graphics IF you have the 5-star weapon. Otherwise, you get some dumb "it's a spear, but here's a floating scythe VFX attached to it".

Because the game was oh-so well designed that they decided on weapons and weapon types, only for that system to stop them and then lock animations to characters and now tying it to their corresponding weapon. Of course, the weapon themselves tend to have importance since there's only so many stat + passive combinations possible for "free".

But it's visuals! Yeah, one can say the same about skins costing $20 with no additional items attached to it, but they'd simply be silenced by the trash mob's trash taste.

But that's beside the point of the daily checklist of meaningless chores that people apparently still love doing.

So much of that money comes from overseas. In America, that money won't return to any local or even state government, which is a bit of a pickle for smaller cities that have been slowly bleeding. Of course, so many lives could've been changed if that money was pooled into some good cause. But, no. That money is burnt. Just like the money billionaires hoard. That money will never see any usage and is kept out of circulation.

But, no, my shallow normal-attack skill-E burst-Q desires are more important.

Genshin has a monthly revenue around 100 million $. HSR around 80 million$ monthly and they still have other things and IPs giving them constant revenue.

Overvalued in my opinion (although since 2008 and infinte QE everything is) but clearly a solid and successful business thus far.

I actually saw albion online adds on youtube.  Must be doing not too badly if it is advertised on youtube.  

I presume mobile players numbers are decent.  But steam number is low.  

There really isn't too many good mmorpg on mobile.  So it's possible albion online is doing ok on mobile.

If you look at these videos and the earnings it's bloody scary and totally the reason why MMORPGs are in the pits as far as earnings go and it really does put a blade into the genre as a whole. I mean I get the big boobies and the waifus and husbandos but good lord the amounts are staggering.

I was quite surprised when he was talking about the story and good plots (what does plot have to do with boobs and butts) with also saying that the game becomes harder and that they are complex. I mean we're talking about gacha games here. However in the second video he does talk about how they present the world and the plots. There are also games with less titillating aspects that are doing well. He also mentions that many of the games are very generous in the number of pulls that net you rewards and how you can play them completely free or with minimum payments. Hmm food for thought. 

This guy likes his tits but he also talks about the fact that world is well crafted and the plot is interesting and I was kind of taken aback.

I know Honkai Star Rail is a good game but I never expected there were other games that were of better caliber from his ranking.

The fact that he ranked Diablo Immortal so very low in his tier list is absolutely joyful.

Finally I also give you the games that he actually plays and surprisingly not all about revealing boobs and butts.




We are facing these games these days with more frequency so perhaps it is time to actually look at them.

I could have started a whole topic on this but I might offend those people here who are already quite angry about how this site is slowly sinking and covering things that are not MMORPGs and I felt safer putting it in a topic that is already discussing a gacha game like safety googles for me to hide behind.

Cowardly well hell yeah.

It might not receive much views or comments but my topics seldom do apart from the pity comments some of the posters here do give me which I am eternally grateful for. Nothing hurts more than seeing a topic you have spent some time on languishing without any views or comments. Takes the wind right out of your sails it does.

I know a few people who play this and keep telling me to try it. I am leery of the gacha thing but I should actually try at least one gacha game to have an idea of what it is so that I can say I know these types of games in an argument. Yes ammo very useful.
