This has always been the biggest problem for the modding community. A simple change to the core game can cause months of rewriting mod code. I can't begin to imagine how much of a headache it must be for the sweeping epic multiple mods like Fallout London.
I love the idea of releasing the mod on GoG when it finally does release. Call me a curmudgeonly old dick but Nexus has made installing these giant mod collections to game with out a Nexus subscription pure nightmare fuel. When I'm forced to jump through low bandwidth hoops for literally hours, or to subscribe against my will, I'll just choose to do neither and not use big mods at all.
The update screwed up achievements on both Xbox and PlayStation, which is weird because Bethesda has only released the update for PC with no firm date for other platforms.
If Microsoft is serious about the Xbox brand and expanding it, then they really need to get their studios like Zenimax and Bethesda in shape. The Xbox experience for BethesdaMax games is usually much worse than any other platform.
