Ahhh! The long awaited pity system is FINALLY coming. We've been asking for something like this for a really long time now.

I think it may have just dawned on the dev team that the original rng system is what's keeping a large portion of the player-base to progress to all this new content; and they certainly can't even consider stretching that content out down the road if they can't get enough players into 300-310ap territory. This will help do that.
