Advice on 4k monitor

I am about to buy my first 4k monitor for my 4080 rtx. I was thinkint between these two options, could someone please tell me which one is the best option? thanks a lot in advance

If you have a place that's good for 31.5 monitor, then I'd recommend buying a monitor that large instead of going for the smaller 27 inch monitor.
