I keep reading major changes news for diablo 4 every few months , still the end game look exactly as boring as at launch

Eh I dunno. I got my first level 100 character this season. Every time I tried previously I got so bored I just couldn't get there. I definitely didn't decide to just muscle through it to say I got a level 100. I was genuinely having enough fun with it I hit level 100 as a matter of course. Now that's not to say I stuck around much after I hit level 100. However, that's largely due to the fact I don't see a lot of point in climbing ladders upon which I will never even make the top half.

I will say a level squish seems like a good idea as of those 100 levels most of those last 50 seemed pretty uneventful when all you got was a single spec point to go get another +5 to Dex or whatever on your Paragon board. However, by the time I moved on I had full 925 Ancestral gear and several Unique items. You don't get that far unless you're really committed or actually having fun. For me it was the latter.

Revamping the game every 6 months. Speaks volumes of how good the game was at launch and how solid its foundations are....

I just hope they make it fun at some point by accident.

I will say this is blizzard just being blizzard as of the last decade or so. They make a game then remake the game over an over till it is finely fun. I decided to take this last season off to get a break an play some other arpg. I will say though every change they make has made the game better. They may finely be at a good place with the game come Oct. Will pop back in an see how it feels then.
