Well considering the game is 10 years in the making, how long do you want them to wait to play what they paid for.  Do you think another 10 years would even matter?

I have played many games in early access that didnt release for many years later.  Many of those games were very good, even in early access.

I think the real key here, is bad devs made a bad game.  More time will not matter.

Oh boy. Are you knew to this whole MMO thing? It’s the actual old school players (those who were playing pre ~2004) who are vocally upset about this game. Others had no investment to begin with so have no bones to pick.

That isn't how I'd take down a game.

If I wanted to take down a game I'd:

1. Put players through 10 years of development hell.
2. Make several significant changes in direction.
3. Offer 10K founders packs.
4. Pay trolls to harass people who voice legitimate concerns of being part of a conspiracy.
