It has been Officially Un-installed from my PC just after 30 mins. I knew better but I was hoping.
First 30 minutes is usually just to get familiar with controls and systems. So I am guessing this is what you had issues with. Took me a bit to get used to everything also. I still think it is a good filler game, especially as F2P. World is beautiful and there is enough meat on the bones to keep me busy as a casual player. But yeah, don't much care for the intro part of the game either and you are forced to do it again 100% if you make another toon.
Maybe for once in my life I'll actually look at a live stream later today. This game didn't really get much interest from me when I look at it. It doesn't surprise me that it has pretty good numbers trying it... because there isn't exactly much coming out.
Don't break the habit of a lifetime, if you are not sure about the game a live stream is unlikely to make you feel positive about it.

Yeah the whole intro is awful.
Like Skyrim? Need more content? Try my Skyrim mod "Godfred's Tomb."
I remember back in the day gamers were up in arms over F2P and Cash shops. Today, its a moot point. 99% of the market is using that model. If you dont like it dont play it. You dont really have an option at that point. Even rock solid games that were pure sub and box price has moved to F2P or have a cash shop. If thats a problem, please tell me where you are playing games. I will follow you there lol
Back in the day f2p largely sucked. As time went on it became increasingly less restrictive. Today there are cases where it can even be decent though there are still some games with poor f2p modes lingering on. Even with that they are still often burdened with questionable systems like gear upgrading that encourages cash shop purchases.
My preferred option is subscription supported MMORPGs that while having a cash shop in no way requires me to make use of it to provide a decent play experience.
Downloaded / installed it yesterday, had to update my DirectX which resolved a dll error to launch it.
Tried logging in to check out the character creator but there was some kind of maintenance at the time. Will see this weekend, hopefully the intro is not as bad as folks are saying.

This isn't a signature, you just think it is.
