    SAO feels like Bandai's version of FiFa/Madden/CoD/Battlefield, almost a new one every year or 2. Maybe they'll just switch to call it SAO '25/'26/'27/etc later on.

    So i take it those servers for the online portion of the game will stay up indefinitely, right?

    Right Bandai? right? (glares at Bandai)

    EDIT: i feel like at this point they won't have an actual home-run on their hands until they completely remake the fan-favorite "Hollow Realization" - but they'd probably ruin that as well.

    Soulless, boring arena fighters are Bandai's version of annualized sports garbage.

    But SAO is really bad too, and it's weird to me how this drivel gets coverage here where dozens of better JRPGs don't.
