I think they have a ways to go on making it into an actual game, but I will say that Raph and team have been in Discord for every test chatting, discussing and learning live. And these are pretty small tests (still just over 100 concurrent I think?) so it's a pretty intimate experience to be able to talk and have the designer literally pop right over to see what you are talking about in the world.
Been fun so far.
