Job Combo. Question

I know you're all probably sick of these kinds of questions, but here goes..

I know I should play what I'll enjoy, so I'll probably stick with it no matter what, but I'd like to play something feasible as well.

Do you guys think an Elvaan Warrior ---> Paladin combination would be good to use?

Thanks!

Statistically... depends on how you word it...

    Warrior TO Paladin class..

    Warrior/Paladin

    OR Paladin/Warrior

I read info based upon one person's opinion and seems to make some sense, I'll post it and also the link.

    "Warrior/Paladin
The added defense from the Paladin sub is not as good as you would think. Also,
your White Magic(which is already limited as a Paladin), is halved, making it
almost useless. I would definitely choose Paladin/Warrior over this combo."

    " Paladin/Warrior--
If you want to be an effective, loved, or wanted Paladin, choose this. General
stat boosts from warrior as well as the almighty Taunt allow you to hold hate
effectively and well. Go for it."

    Enjoy and hope this helped.

Alright, that does make sense to me.

I just need it clarified a bit how exactly you setup a Paladin/Warrior combination.

I was thinking selecting warrior at char-gen, then switching to Paladin at 30 when the quest becomes available.

How do I make Paladin my primary job, with Warrior as sub?

    Thanks again for the help!
