A Few Questions about RYL....

have a few questions. first... Is RYL2 found at http://www.ryl2.com.my/ 100% free?? no catches or gimicks? is it as free as rubies of eventide, flyff, etc.. And if so... what the frick is an IC Number??? never remember filling that for any other games... And if its not free, since i see it says top up here.. Why does every site i go to say its free??

for RYL: PotE you need to purchase a box of the game, and you can get it free for doing stupid surveys... its not bad if you like RYL, as you will never pay after you get the box. RYL Original is supposed to be free or something... I never checked...

I am looking for something free to play (open beta... whatever!) but my computer configs sucks, I need something than work in a P3 550MHz, 256 RAM and 3d card around... 16MB
