Again, Horizons must be pretty darn good from what people are saying...

Where i put my faith in this game is in the developers.

If you ever followed horizons in the early days of make back in 2000 you would see a passion for the game .

Although back then mmorpgs were designed by people who would love to spent their lives playing it not the commerical programmers that we have now.

Back then yes the fans ideas were not taken seriously but they had good ideas of their own and after all we all know what listening to the fans causes look at SWG - all nerfs= fan cry jedi choas = fan cry heck jedis exisiting = fan cry end result fans got what they wanted and SWG gone from bad to worse and now fans cry game sucks lol.

I think if the horizons team can stick to their vision and not let people(yes us fans) pull them in 2 different direction till the game snaps like is happening in SWG they might pull the best game to come out since well DAoC.

I know a lot of the ideas thru cost and time got dropped but the mere fact they had so much vision shows they know what they are doing .

Ok i hear it is laggy and memory leaks but programming can be settled but good ideas and vision can not.

Exactly. David Bowman is a suberb man and everything that he has said about the 'vision' he has for the game, and all thats published about what the games ideas are is going to be so great. I have faith. Sure there are probably gonna be a few kinks to be dealt with (but aren't there always..) I am gonna start right away and play through it all....

I agree with all of you.  I've been following the Horizons posts, updates, etc for a long time now.  Knowing a beta tester doesn't hurt either. heh. 

Case and point....I'm pre-ordering...done!  See ya'll there....
