Well, I just completed this project for a friend... it's a modified copy of a game I created a while back.  It's free and he needs an audience to get it launched and some serious beta testers.

It is a browser based text game, but we're gearing up towards flash soon.

Does anyone know of a good sure-fire way to get a game out to a quick and easy 100-200 people that can then help promote the game?  Is there any proven sites or methods to get people to try a new game like this?

All the more reason to come play and create a NightWars Clan then!  We need as many players as possible to help beta the entire thing and to help give us ideas of how we can make it better.

Don't be deterred by referral link to the site.  The linking is used to help the game grow initially, plus you fight in arenas.  The people who click on your link give you more fans in the arena cheering for you.  It's just an intimidation factor to the other player.  Referral system is only for initial growth and will be dicipated once we grow and maintain our numbers.

You know, I recommanded that you shall remove the referral link cause people from your game will want to spam the forums just to click this link. Just for the sake for your game, replace it with something else.

The referral system is to help the site grow.  As soon as it is self sufficient, it will be removed.
