Heroes of Sparta is a game based on the times of Ancient Greece. Heroes of Sparta aims to bring every one great game play at no cost! Though the game is only 2D the Heroes of Sparta development team strive to bring it's gamers the best game possible. We plan to add in as many features that the imagination can think up!!

- Weekly player and GM events

- All cities in the game can be siege

- Multiple classes to choose from, Spearman, Horseman, Archer and Civilian

- Hero system - Only one Hero will rise above the rest, complete daring quests no man has accomplished and prove that you really are a Hero of Greece!

- Rule all of Greece by forming guilds and dominating all the cities!!

- Commit a crime and be locked up in prison!

The website looks quite unprofessional, the forums are completely empty, and each news update is a jpg image rather than actual text which is just sorta unethical and sloppy.. Not sure what to make of it..sorry

I have to agree with you on this, but screenshots are .bmp...haven't they ever heard of GIF, JPEG or PNG?!

Real sorry bout the website being so crap, but me and the team are really busy right now developing the game, really sorry if the site isn't that good, I have not have enough time to make it yet, but I have changed it now and hope it is more pleasing to the naked eye ^^

It's not easy with out a website designer... =(

I know your new website is just an HTML template but still its better than the old attempt. Atleast you tried ^_^. your 2d style game sadly dosn't hold my interest too much. its not that I don't like 2d, is just i hate it when the sprites are that small and that bland.

Thanks I feel slitely better on that comment because before I felt so bad I got to changing the site straight away. About the game graphics, me and my team are trying our best to make a totally free and fun MMORPG. We're planning to go 3D with the game once we got a 2D version out. The 2D will always be free but we don't know about wether the 3D version will be or not. But please don't critisize, to tell you the truth it feels really bad trying my best to make something and have soem critisms. I don't mind them as it help us make the whateveryouwant better. Any ways thanks for the feed back ^^ and keep the critisisms coming, lol and I'll try to manage them ^^

Im the new webdesigner of the game now ( the first designer ectualy). The site will getting a face about a week. Il hope you will feel more intrested in the game whill seeying the site then. I think they maked the game real good these guy's must learn much over making games etc. but i think the game will be a great succes.

I think it was with RPG Maker ...

By the way a new feature that might be added is the God feature. This is a feature which will allow players to battle for the position of god. However the player must go through a number of quests before they may become god. The quests will involve obtaining godly powers in order to defeat the current god. Also, you will have to obtain certain items to be able to enter areas that no man has gone before.

All I want to know is what is every one's view on this?

Heh, screenshots reminded me of first Heroes of Might and Magic.
Wish you luck on the project and most of all, don't be lazy with gfx stuff. Nowdays the looks are more and more important than everything else.
