Things I'm looking forward to after DnL goes live.

I'm looking forward to the first "perma-bugged character" posts after release.  Along with the first "server full" and "Requesting server reboot" posts.

I'm also quite curious to see how the strategies of the fanbois change.  Want to take bets on which fanbois will stop posting completely, and which new ones will pop up?  And what the heck will they be hyping about the game?  My guess will be a flood of, "Cool new features in the next patch!" posts.

I am looking forward to never seeing SoG is just a taster of DnL in print again.

I am also waiting to see if any reputable game site even bothers reviewing their POS and how low of a rating it gets.

Fan boys are already starting the "I don't expect all the features and I am sure there will be bugs because every MMO has them" at release threads. The trouble is over there you never know who is a fan boy/girl and who is a paid AD/NP3/Farlan rep.

    I miss DAoC

I am looking forward to see the fanboy posts on the official forum after release.   They will almost certainly defend the game no matter what.  My guess is when they realize that SoG = DnL they will advoid the issue and start saying a miracle build is on the way and everybody needs to be patient for a few weeks.  Of course a few weeks to Farlan is 7 or 8 years in real time but the fanboys have and never will  let reality influence their posts.

What I am really looking forward to is the the day Farlan announces they are closing the game down for good.   When a game company as evil, dishionest and deceitful closes up shop all fans of MMROPGs should rejoice.

Gotta agree with some of them. Looking forward the most however to the excuses and blatterings of the fanbois after release and how they plan on explaining away the major issues still not fixed in DNL. But dang, remind me to get some more popcorn! Im using my supply up since checking in again LOL

I am also looking forward to some real person player making a review, not some fanboi crap. I still have friends that have their pioneer and you can bet your bottom dollar they are gonna review and send to all the sites no matter what it comes out like. Both will be honest and fair but more importantly, both will true.

I am not so happy about seeing a closed door for DNL though. That thought makes me sad.....if it does, what will eat my popcorn with if not the hilarious and grand entertainment I find nightly on the boards regarding this game??????

I am looking forward to finding out that my refunded Pioneer account can actually still login to D&L during release.

Considering they never mentioned that the refunded pioneers are able to login to SoG UNTIL someone actually blurted about it in the Official forums.

I just do not belive they are smart enough to actually have removed the refunded accounts fully from the database.

Just find it entertaining thinking if that actually happens lol

    Heh nice point Kilm.

I am also looking forward to seeing many threads confronting Lix about her blatant lies about DnL beta being a more advanced version than SoG and the new engine.

  • Lix is another slowly killing the community with lies and outright bs replies. I think she just gets off on saying "the official word" in all her posts. I really do!
