Hesitant about EQ2

After the complete failure (only my opinion....not fact) of Star Wars Galaxies with the poor Customer Service and cold Devs...Im sorta hesitant to buy EQ2.

SWG was my first SOE game, so naturally, first impressions were quite aweful. 

Does anyone have anyword with how Customer Service was in EQ1? Or what it may be like in EQ2?  Go to any mmorpg, and they use SWG poor customer service as actual training when training paid/volunteer Mmorpg members (I know this as I am currently "working" for one mmorpg right now).

I know it may sound stupid...but  I actually judge a mmorpg first by the Customer Service, then by Content.

Anyone have any insight into EQ2 yet?  .....is Raph Koster doing it?

    The problem with SWG was that they released the game before it was ready.  Player cities, vehicles, and creature mounts were supposed to come out with the regular release of the game but they just wanted to start the game.......which ended up as a very bad choice.  EQ2 has a totally different Dev team working on the project and they have been working on EQ2 for a longer time than SWG worked on that game.  EQ2 will also not release until they are done....if this means postponing the release date 5 times, they will still do it(something that SWG could never do)  So, basically, EQ2 should be worth a try when it comes out.
