I would appreciate it if someone would jot down a few things that you do or dont like about DAOC, if you could also gimme a little heads up on what the PvP is like I would appreciate it. And add your vote
There have been many disscussions regarding the pro's and con's of DAOC within its forums.
My first advice would be to browse them. I can guarentee the majority of your questions will be answered. That and the fact im tired of posting the same thing over and over...
Overall it is a well balanced game with an established history. Worth trying at least.

DaoC is the best mmorpg on the market right now, and it makes me so sad for the state of mmorpgs in general that I'm gonna go sit in a corner and cry for a few hours, excuse me.

I didn't care for DAoC at all... It had pretty decent graphics, great balance, and good community, but it's really based on PvP later on... there's little-to-nothing to do outside of PvP and crafting the longer you're in the game, so don't join it for exploring, or quests, or soloing, or much PVE action at all... Because I got bored with all that very quickly in this game. Props to the DAoC team though for making a really great PvP game in many many ways.
