Is it me or is every company too lazy to train people?

A resume is not a job history document, it is a sales brochure to sell yourself.
During a face-to-face meeting with a prospective employer, you are not there to answer questions, you are there to SELL YOURSELF. Your job is to convey what you can DO for them, not what you CANT do. Just sort of be personable, relax, smile, dress well, and just basically sell yourself in a relaxed and good natured sort of way.
If you have no job experience, take relevant academic/personal experience and play it up.
"Although I have no professional experience, I worked summers at my dad's store, stocking shelves, doing filing, phoning customers, and minding the cash register. In addition I have been a contributing editor of my school newspaper, having written articles on football and fitness. On the weekends I mowed lawns for neighbors and did some light landscaping for spending money."
Appearance is very important. Visually you have to be at your best.

near my house to get a desk job,
and they said that they'r not traning poeple at the moment..
to me thats just plan stupid as in the window it said 'Job opening: Company desk manager'
the thing is, i never even ask'd to be trained..
i had no idea what the job ment, but it sound'd fun anyways!

If your looking for a fairly easy job and fairly easy money, sell women's shoes. I did that for awhile and cleared 30k-35k every year for the time that I did it. For some reason women would come in and be like "Geez I don't really need another pair of shoes but oh well I will get them anyways." There are also other perks that are perverted so I won't get into that unless someone asks. All you SHOE DAWGS out there know what I am talking about anyways.
Although my friends called me Al Bundy that was the only drawback.
In America I have bad teeth. If I lived in England my teeth would be perfect.
I recomend construction and weather it be roofer,drywaller,framer,bricklayer,rebar,cement,carpentry,welding and lots more trades pay VERY well. I have been doing drywall/plaster/framing/roofing for 3 years and it only took me 2 years to learn most of the skills for all 4 trades I do. Plumbers/electricians make alot of money as well but they require some certificates but they are always in high demand. Working in an office job might be easier but I love the construction site and getting fit while working is a bonus to.
I would only work in a place that is willing to train you which most places I have worked for always are training new workers. I do see alot of workers get burnt out and quit but lots dont and go on to make 15-30+$ per hour or like me take on piece work and have potential to make 60+$ a week. No bullshit one week of drywall/taping just garages I made 3200$ in one week take home! Mind you we worked 12 hours for 5 days but we knew that it was worth it and I think piece work is motivation to do even more.
