Thats because they are still in the process of putting it out for download.. ALso i it wouldn't just go to download for everyone they will let sertain amount of people to sign up for the open beta when it comes out. We will know when it will come out when they post it on mmorpg site. They still have to develop all the items/weapson/quests/nps/skills... etc...
I think its going to be awhail before we will beable to play it in beta mode... I'm guess maybe late fall/winter or maybe even next year we wont know it till they tell us.
