Searching for a Corporation for casual players

I took advantage of the 3-days free trial program to sap the world of EVE, and I found its flavour matching my taste. But I was wondering: as I plan to play 4 to 5 hours a week, will I manage to find a guild that would not scowl at me being rarely on-line?

I started as a Caldari at the Science and Trade Institute (if I remember correctly), and I glanced at the corporations there; some of them seemed to incarnate my dreams (like that research and development labs.. slurp), but I noticed that a lot of those corps have one member only - and that reminds me of another question: what is the minimum number of associates for a healthy guild?

    I am a member of Nocturnas Angelus.  Our  corp is fairly new having around 30 active members.  We keep growing, when I started about a week ago there were only 20 members.  We are not hardcore and dont expect you to be on 24/7.  The corp offers you fantastic prices for the minerals you mine and offers a skill program to help you out with loans to buy skills on the eve market.  I just started playing Eve less than two weeks ago, and thanks to the corp I have a solid skill background and I am buying a Thorak tonight.  Check us it in game in the channel NOAN, also go here and post on the application thread:  http://www.noan.dk/app/forum/channeltextspub.php?FID=3

    Ahh So there is a corp out there.. I have been exploring Eve Space for about 4 weeks now...

    Would you like a Caldari Scorpion Fighter and an Amarrian Productionist amoungst your ranks?

    Have someone contact me.

    Right now im in a corp of 12 who appear to all be RL friends... there's only 6 of them ever on at one time and they haven't any derivative to expand... I need something more for where I'm headed..
