Wah? Are you trying to say that all cell shaded games resemble this art style? I think the user you quoted was just pointing out the obvious fact that the characters have the same eyes and body features as the characters from wind waker and almost look exactly the same.
Art has nothing to do with what techniques they use to build the graphics.
