Any games similar to RuneScape? - Easy to get play, not bothered about graphics

Hi, just quit members on RS because of rubbish updates, and im looking around for another decent mmorpg...Is there any similar to RS, i've been looking around, problem is alot of the popular games require 500mb just for the trials, even more - up to 2gb...

Anyone out there played rs, and know of any other similar games? (obvisouly not going to be in Java though).

    Try signing up for some betas, there isn't really a lot of games out there that is in the same league with RS.   There's always Silkroad though.

    Best MMOs - RuneScape and WoW
    Crappiest MMOs - Hero Online, SWG, DDO
    MMO's played - RS, WoW, GW, EVE, AO, PlanetSide, Jumpgate, Face of Mankind, MapleStory, SO, Liniege 1 & 2, City of Villains, Flyff, Realm Online, SWG, Seed, Sims Online, City of Heroes.

    have you treid conquor online, that might be good for you, but it might take up too much space i'm not sure
