need help finding MMO somewhat similar to Runescape

I've looked all over the net for a game that u dont have a monthly charge, dont have to download, is a MMORPG like RS, u dont have to purchase from store/ internet, and u get to walk around in the game.  If any can tell me some, Id really appreciate it.  Thanks in advanced.

    I was going to say Tibia, but since you don't want to download then it's tough.
