Alot of people use Super Jump for a pvp travel power.
Myself, I used a respec a few days ago and changed my Scrapper around a bit, and I was doing extremely well in Sirens Call last night.
I'm a Claws/Regeneration. I use Super Speed. I also use Tough 3 slotted with SO's to help resist lethal/smashing damage. Add in Dull Pain from my Regeneration, and I was able to take down Brutes and withstand the sneak attack from Stalkers. I'm liking this build a lot for PvP.

SS can be good but if you choose it be ready to fight a bit and rest then fight soem more then rest, in my experience the only people that will actually stand and fight with you are brutes, tankers. and scrappers. SJ and fly r best in my opinion because you can set char on follow and just keep attacking but be warry of ambush drops they can drop down in a group of NPC's and your done.As far as usefull powers goes anything that will give you some kind of invisiblility, not stealth but invis. Reason is 1 Accuracy insperation with deminish stealth to most longer range attackers and leave you vulnerable to blaster/corruptor attacks.i do suggest anything with resistance to knockback/down and hold effects as these will leave you unable to attack. Just be warry of Dominators and Controllers in a team of 2 as this constitutes instant death if they can hit you with holds, once 1 lands ur dead cause you will not be unheld unless you have break free insperations but they with only help for a bit. I also have a clws/regen scrapper and i know that stalkers are a pain but if theydont know how to properly attack they will die if they do you better hope you have dull pain on at time of assasin strike.
