Not yet, but I believe they said on the site there will be an open beta, they just dont have a date pin-pointed yet (its an MMRPG, it could be released 3 years from now when its supposed to be released in a month)

Maybe they can give both solutions, if not, I hope download, because I hate mail services, sometimes it'll take a week or some crap to get it delivered, and what would you prefer, 2 days of solid downloading, or a week of mail?

It was said on the main boards quite some time ago that there will be NO open beta. There are only two ways to get into the CoH closed beta. 1) Be a member of the CoH community, registered before November of 2003. Or 2) Pre-order the game.
Note: Preorder will start getting in with the next batch of invites... sometime early April.

The site is very misleading and informing then, heres a quote from the site;

Hmm, I thought I remembered the contest giving more than just 20 away. Was it always like that? I swore it was suppose to be like 200 or something. 20 beta testers aren't really going to test much.
