Its a poll on if bulkans should wear capes, i'm a bulkan and i think that if you want to wear a cape you shouldn't be a bulkan. To wear the lowest lvl cape you need to add 27 points onto wisdom, thats 9 lvls of work, you play MMORPGs to be strong not to look good.

Hey frog it's Dizzy, i think only Bulkans should wear capes too
dizz think you read the post wrong he said if you want to wear cape you shouldnt be a bulkan and i agree cause it does take up too many stat points and if you get caught using the reset stats bug you get ban

True tat, it does look way betta then a cape
but it dosent mean u cant hav a cape until u go out get a slayer.
look u can look good wearin a cape for th time being but you'll grow out of it
and move on to betta things like th slayer.

ForAllYourInfo - Wearing a Cape in Biosfear if you're not a Kailipton (well, without sufficient Wisdom) will get you banned temporarily
