Well, starting tomorrow (or today, where ever you live) March 22, they will be letting pre-order people into beta randomly.  We are all guranteed in by April 7.  Obviously, the sooner the better is the way I see it.  Make sure you all have your spam filters disabled for emails from NCSoft.  I'll see you in game. image

    Thanks, I can't sleep hoping that I make it into at least CoH or RYL today (now 3am). I doubt I'd be one of the first but it's like Christmas!!! image

    Friend of mine in the beta seemed to think emails wouldn't go out until late afternoon or early evening.  Of course that's just as vague as anything else.  I guess it just means: it may be later in the day and not first thing in the morning. :)

    A lot of people on there forums are saying the chances of today are slim. And it still seems like they only have the server up only a few days .. But as one guy suggested the opening of pre-order beta might mean that the servers will run 24/7 .. If that's the case I could see them making sure the server is stable enough before sending invites. (Personaly thought the pre-order would be stress test anyway)

    "Is it what we hope?"  Well Im under NDA, so I'll put it this way:  all my 8 character slots are full.

    The CoH servers are down until Wednesday anyway.  They are up Wednesday through Saturday.

    Hello, I'm new to the CoH boards but have posted on the DAoC boards a few times.

    I got my "Pre-Order" Beta invite yesterday, I was also on the CoH official message boards for a while. 

    I haven't been able to DL the game or get in yet because of the limited time the servers are up.  The servers are only up between certain hours Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat.

    You should be able to DL the game, since the client is available even when the game servers are not.

    I wasn't able to connect to the DL server last night from home but I did get a good DL today from work.  Maybe I just didn't give it enough time to connect or my cable is screwing up again....

    From what I read in the most recent Dev posts it sounds like the next round of invites wont be until they determine that the server is stable with the numbers the currently have in beta.  Being as the server wont be tested until Wednesday there probably won't be any more invites until next week possibly this weekend.  However, they might not have let in the number in that they want to have currently (limited bandwith downloading the game) and they could be sending out more invites at any time (gotta have some hope!)
